I had to keep chasing them just to get my refund sorted, which was really frustrating. On top of that, I spent ages waiting in the queue before I could even speak to someone. Not a great experience at all.

I was a little unsure at first... but everything went smoothly. The order went through fine, nothing felt sketchy, and overall it seemed trustworthy enough to me.

Everything seemed to be genuine, and I didn’t run into any problems. Nothing to complain about, thankfully.

Before ordering, the COA I could find easily, which I appreciated. I’m the kind of person who checks that first usually, so it was nice not having to email support or sit there guessing.

When they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t really read my message, which was a little disappointing because I was just looking for some clear reassurance that everything was okay. I followed up again, but the response was short and still didn’t really resolve my concern. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I do wish their customer service was more helpful and a bit more reassuring. I ended up feeling kind of frustrated.
